Delete your StellarGauge account
You can delete your StellarGauge account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or from this page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open StellarGauge and sign in.
- Open Settings > Request account deletion and send the request.
- We process requests within 30 days and e-mail you when done.
On this page
Sign in with the Google account you use in StellarGauge, type DELETE, then press the button.

What is deleted
- Your account: Google ID, email address, name and profile picture.
- Your sensors and their settings, every tank reading and its history.
- Your alerts and alert settings, newsletter preferences and account activity log.
- Any active Premium subscription is cancelled first, so you are not charged again.
What is kept
- Invoices for purchases you made, which tax law requires us to keep for 7 years.
- Security and abuse logs, kept for a limited period to protect the service.
Your sensors keep working as hardware: after deletion they can be reset and set up again under a new account.
Can't sign in?
Email support@stellargauge.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
